Job summary

TriNet Group, Inc. is seeking a Customer Success Consultant in Atlanta to serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of ASO clients.

You will deliver personalized payroll, tax, platform support, reporting, HR and benefits assistance with a proactive, solution-oriented approach. You will triage inquiries, escalate when needed, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and high client satisfaction while maintaining strict data confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years payroll and customer service/relationship management required.
• 2+ years industry experience; PEO, ASO or Payroll preferred.
• FPC or CPP certification through PayrollOrg preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma certification – IASSC preferred.
• PMP – PMI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial point of contact for an assigned portfolio of TriNet ASO clients.
• Provide personalized support for payroll, payroll tax, platform support, reporting, HR & benefits administration.
• Triage, escalate, and resolve client inquiries with relevant information and recommendations.
• Organize and prioritize work to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.
• Contribute to client retention and customer satisfaction goals.
• Maintain confidentiality of corporate data.
• Leverage knowledge of ASO products and cross-functional workflows across company units.
