TriNet is seeking a Customer Success Consultant to serve as the initial contact for an assigned portfolio of TriNet ASO clients. You will provide personalized support on payroll, platform, reporting, HR and benefits administration, backed by a team of experts.

The role focuses on mid-level client needs, ensuring outstanding service, effective issue resolution, and confidentiality. Remote work is possible at the company’s discretion, with Atlanta as the preferred location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 3+ years payroll and customer service/relationship management required.
• 2+ years industry experience; PEO, ASO or Payroll preferred.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the initial contact for TriNet ASO clients; provide personalized support.
• Triage, escalate, and resolve client inquiries effectively.
• Organize and prioritize work to meet service expectations.
• Maintain confidentiality of client data and leverage cross-functional resources.
• Support payroll, tax and compliance knowledge in client engagements.
