Job summary

Dakota Software is seeking a Client Success Manager to serve as the primary contact for new and existing clients, guiding implementations and driving business value to retain customers. You will own client relationships, manage onboarding, and ensure adoption of our SaaS platform.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design solutions, create SOWs, and coordinate deployments while tracking KPIs and renewal opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience in a customer-facing role (customer success, account management, sales, or consulting).
• Experience in Customer Success in a SaaS business preferred.
• SaaS software sales experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of accountability for all client projects.
• Project manage client onboarding to achieve successful outcomes.
• Engage with client stakeholders to understand business goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with Business Analyst to determine solutions and project approach.
• Create Statements of Work (SOWs) and project plans with milestones.
• Monitor work requests and schedule deployments at client sites.
• Resolve issues and clarify requirements to move projects forward.
• Manage project communications with stakeholders and teams.
• Identify risks and work with clients to minimize impact.
• Drive early adoption with KPIs and success metrics.
• Maintain positive client relationships and educate on new features.
• Forecast sales projections and value of deals; support renewals.
