Job summary

Dakota Software is seeking a Client Success Manager to work fully remote in the United States. You will guide clients through onboarding, drive adoption, and demonstrate business value to secure long-term relationships.

In this role you will manage projects, align with stakeholders, forecast value, and collaborate across teams to deliver success. Strong communication, proactive problem-solving, and SaaS experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Experience in customer-facing roles such as customer success, account management, sales or consulting.
• Experience in SaaS customer success or sales is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for clients, guiding them through onboarding and adoption of the software.
• Project manage client onboarding to successful outcomes and accelerate value realization.
• Engage with client stakeholders to understand business goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to determine solutions and project approaches.
• Create Statements of Work (SOWs) and project plans with milestones.
• Forecast sales projections and communicate value of deals to clients and management.
• Maintain client relationships and drive renewals and expansions.
