Job summary

SmartScale360 is seeking a Client Success Manager to manage client relationships and lead onboarding for our U.S.-based clients. You will support account growth, ensure a strong customer experience, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet client goals.

Responsibilities include managing client accounts, conducting regular check-ins, and driving renewals. Experience with CRM systems and project management tools is essential, and remote work is supported.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in client success, account management, or related field.
• Experience with US-based clients or US companies preferred.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned client accounts throughout the lifecycle.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Lead onboarding and implementation with clients.
• Understand goals and align services to business needs.
• Conduct regular client check-ins and account reviews.
• Monitor satisfaction, engagement, and account health.
• Address concerns and coordinate escalations.
• Collaborate with Recruitment, Operations, and Leadership teams.
• Track metrics, deliverables, renewals, and milestones.
• Maintain CRM records and client documentation.
• Identify opportunities for retention and upsell.
• Support contract renewals.
• Identify process improvements to enhance customer experience.
