Job summary

Luminare Health is seeking a supervisor to lead a remote team of inbound and outbound customer service representatives. You will ensure delivery of high-quality service, monitor performance, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced call center environment.

The role requires healthcare/health insurance knowledge, Medicare/Medicaid familiarity, and strong communication skills to engage with clients, providers, and insurers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of one year supervisory or lead experience in a call center.
• Minimum 3–5 years customer service experience in a call center.
• Minimum 3 years healthcare/health insurance, claims processing or provider billing experience.
• Experience with managing client advocacy cases involving providers, insurers and community resources.
• Knowledge of Health Care Reform and Medicare/Medicaid benefits.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of a remote inbound/outbound customer service team.
• Ensure delivery of client service expectations and service objectives.
• Develop staff and promote ongoing training and performance improvement.
• Analyze performance data, report on metrics, and drive process improvements.
