Job summary

Spotlight Marketing + Branding is seeking a dedicated Client Success Manager / Account Manager for a remote role. You will own client relationships, guide onboarding, and ensure ongoing success while reducing churn and expanding accounts for US-based clients.

You will collaborate with our US team, maintain clear communication, and apply proven processes to deliver strategic marketing services. This is a 100% remote position.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts and digital advertising.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients.
• Serve as a primary post-sale contact.
• Proactively check in with clients on a regular cadence (weekly, biweekly, monthly).
• Identify red flags early and address concerns with a retention focus.
• Resolve conflicts calmly and professionally.
• Ensure clients understand their service strategy and timelines.
• Maintain timelines for internal teams to deliver client services.
• Support onboarding, kickoff calls, training, launches, and early success monitoring.
• Help ensure new services and upsells are introduced and adopted.
• Provide friendly, accurate, and timely responses to client questions.
• Monitor and respond to client inbox/helpdesk as needed.
• Document all client interactions per SOPs and keep detailed notes.
• Identify opportunities to expand services or improve results.
• Support upsells, referrals, and reviews from satisfied clients.
• Work with internal teams to recommend next-step solutions.
• Coordinate and communicate with internal teams to keep projects on track.
• Escalate issues appropriately and help troubleshoot solutions.
• Celebrate wins and maintain momentum.
• Create, manage, and distribute client satisfaction surveys.
• Identify trends and areas for improvement.
