Strong communication, strategic thinking, and customer-centric focus are essential for driving client retention and engagement. The role involves building partnerships, presenting to potential clients, and collaborating with internal teams to boost engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, business acumen, platform, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to translate client requirements into actionable strategies and solutions.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, HubSpot, Salesforce, Tableau and Slack.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as primary contact.
• Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Collaborate across teams to develop engagement strategies.
• Communicate with clients regularly through meetings and reports.
• Advocate for clients to ensure needs are met and issues resolved proactively.
• Occasionally present pitches to potential clients and assist with communications.
• Forecast intervention needs by using data and reporting.
• Onboard clients into the CRM and maintain accurate client profiles.
