FEDlogic is seeking a strategic and client-focused Client Success Manager to nurture and expand client relationships. This role serves as a liaison between FEDlogic and our valued clients, ensuring needs are understood, addressed, and exceeded.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, business acumen, platform, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to translate client requirements into actionable strategies and solutions.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, HubSpot, Salesforce, Tableau and Slack
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering comprehensive support to the client, with no initially assigned clients, while serving as a key point of contact.
• Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Collaborate internally to develop strategies for increased engagement.
• Communicate with clients regularly through meetings and reports.
• Act as the client’s advocate, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved proactively.
• Occasionally, present prospective client presentations and communications.
• Forecast intervention needs by utilizing data and reporting.
• Onboard clients into CRM and ensure data accuracy.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.
• Perform other duties to support client satisfaction and growth.
