Job summary

FEDlogic seeks a strategic Client Success Manager to nurture and expand client relationships and act as the primary liaison between FEDlogic and its clients. You will ensure client needs are understood and addressed with a proactive, customer-centric approach.

In this role you will collaborate with internal teams, deliver regular client communications, and contribute to growth by expanding engagement and retention. Travel up to 25% may be required.
