Job summary

SpredX, a digital marketing and web development agency, offers a remote-first client success role supporting US-based clients. You’ll own onboarding, strategize with the delivery team, and manage a growing client portfolio to ensure retention and expansion.

You’ll report to the Founder/CEO and work with a small team, leveraging SOPs and AI tooling to drive client outcomes and growth. This position emphasizes autonomy and relationship-building.

Qualifications

• 3+ years agency-side experience in client success or account management.
• Ability to discuss strategy, deliverables and results with clients.
• Proven track record of client retention and account expansion.
• Ability to manage high-volume relationships under pressure.
• Self-directed with strong autonomy in a small team.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding for new clients from day one.
• Manage a growing portfolio, ramping to 50–60 clients in 12 months.
• Run client strategy with the service delivery team.
• Lead monthly client calls and check-ins with clear progress updates.
• Monitor client health and address retention risks early.
• Handle escalations calmly and protect the relationship.
• Identify and act on account growth opportunities.
