Job summary

Valsoft Corporation’s Asteris unit seeks a Client Success Representative to guide veterinary practices using Keystone from onboarding through renewal.

You will manage multiple practice accounts, train new clients, review progress, and protect renewals while identifying upsell opportunities and sharing feedback with Support and Product. This fully remote role emphasizes client outcomes and growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer success or client-facing roles.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organized and proactive with multiple accounts.
• Ability to learn software quickly and explain it clearly.
• Experience with a CRM or customer success platform.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of veterinary practice accounts and serve as the main contact.
• Lead onboarding and training so clients are up and running confidently.
• Conduct regular check-ins and reviews to drive product adoption.
• Monitor account health, flag risks early, protect renewals.
• Identify upsell opportunities and partner with Sales.
• Collaborate with Support and Product to resolve issues and share feedback.
• Keep accurate CRM records and notes.
