Job summary

The Family Practice for Pets is seeking a Senior Client Services Representative to lead client relationships and serve as the primary contact for clients across our veterinary services. This role collaborates with multiple teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded, driving satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in veterinary medicine, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and experience with CRM tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Veterinary Medicine, preferably at Technician and/or CSR positions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with CRM systems and other client management tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns and resolving any issues that arise.
• Manage and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with the company's products and services.
• Work closely with other departments within the practice to ensure that clients' needs are being met and that their expectations are exceeded.
• Provide clients with regular updates on the status of their accounts and projects.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services.
