Cox Automotive is seeking a Performance Manager to build lasting relationships with dealership clients and protect revenue. You will work remotely with moderate supervision, driving client satisfaction and product adoption across assigned accounts.

You will analyze performance, address risks, and collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet dealer objectives and maximize value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 4 years' experience in a related field; alternative combos accepted.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of external clients to ensure retention and growth.
• Build and maintain client relationships across all levels within dealerships.
• Identify at-risk accounts and develop action plans to retain them.
• Analyze account performance and guide clients to maximize product utilization.
• Provide guidance on product capabilities to meet client objectives.
