Dealer Alchemist LLC is seeking a Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of dealership clients, guide analytics, track results, and ensure satisfaction. You’ll be the go-to person for clients and internal teams, ensuring clarity and on-time delivery.

The role is fully remote with a structured onboarding, salary $75,000 base plus performance bonuses, and benefits like health, dental, vision, and 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer success or account management in automotive advertising.
• Must have automotive marketing experience.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and CRM systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication, confident leading client calls.
• High follow-through, self-accountability, and time management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead point of contact for assigned dealer accounts from onboarding through ongoing management.
• Guide new clients through onboarding to ensure early adoption and long-term satisfaction.
• Run proactive bi-weekly Zoom check-ins with each dealer.
• Monitor and interpret KPIs such as pacing, cost-per-lead, lead volume, and cost-per-sale.
• Flag and elevate performance issues; track follow-ups to resolution.
• Maintain detailed CRM records with same-day updates.
• Respond to dealer questions and internal requests within 1 business hour or end of day.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver best-in-class results.
• Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to client growth.
• Track client satisfaction through tone, feedback, and trends.
• Contribute to process improvements and systems mastery.
