Job summary

Sellchology is seeking a client success professional to support automotive dealer clients using Sellchology training services. This full-time role is remote with occasional onsite visits and occasional travel, offering a work‑from‑home setup and a stable schedule.

You will nurture relationships with dealer leadership, respond to inquiries via phone, email, social channels and in person, and guide teams through training materials to boost performance.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in the retail automotive industry (BDC, sales, management or vendor).
• At least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to plan daily work, manage time, and work from home.

Responsibilities

• Foster and maintain relationships with dealer clients with minimal supervision.
• Provide support via phone, social media, text, email and onsite visits.
• Guide managers and sales teams through training material to meet needs.
• Identify opportunities for engagement within training content and coaching resources.
• Manage client inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Moderate a private coaching group on Facebook and support events in Atlanta.
