Hire Hangar, Inc. is seeking a Client Success CRM Operations Specialist to guide the client journey from lead qualification through onboarding and retention. This full-time, hands-on role blends high-volume client communication with precise CRM management and sales pipeline support.

The ideal candidate will manage communications across email, SMS, phone, and CRM platforms, qualify leads, and maintain accurate client data while supporting seamless handoffs to the sales team.

Competenze

• Experience in client success, customer support, CRM operations, or sales support roles with hands-on CRM platform use.
• Proven experience with lead qualification, follow-up management, and sales handoff processes.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and excellent English communication.
