Job summary

FoodChain ID is seeking a Client Services Coordinator to support our Certification team remotely in the US. You’ll manage an assigned portfolio of certification clients and coordinate the process from application through audit and certificate issuance.

As a primary contact for clients, auditors, and internal teams, you’ll keep projects moving, solve problems, and deliver an exceptional client experience while maintaining accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in customer service, project coordination, or related field.
• Knowledge of GFSI-recognized certification programs (SQF, BRCGS, FSSC 22000) or similar.
• Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate certification activities from application through certificate issuance
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, auditors, and internal stakeholders
• Schedule audits and proactively manage certification timelines and deadlines
• Coordinate audit reviews, corrective actions, and certification decisions
• Maintain accurate client documentation and records across business systems
• Identify potential delays or risks and proactively drive solutions
• Provide timely, professional communication on certification status and next steps
• Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
