Job summary

Premium Retail Services, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Client Account Coordinator to support day-to-day client program execution. You will serve as the main liaison among clients, internal teams, field operations, and retail partners to ensure requirements are clearly communicated and met.

You will identify opportunities for improvement in execution, compliance, reporting, and overall program performance while maintaining organized documentation and timely updates for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of retail, merchandising, consumer packaged goods, client support, or related program execution experience preferred.
• At least one year of project coordination or project management experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to share clear updates across clients, managers, field teams, and internal partners.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, reports, and stakeholder needs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for assigned client programs, helping ensure program needs, priorities, and expectations are clearly understood and supported.
• Partner with clients and internal teams to identify best practices, reporting needs, execution opportunities, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support account objectives and data analysis for in-store execution.
• Create and communicate program instructions, reports, updates, and data analysis to support strong in-store execution and timely decision-making.
• Monitor program performance, reporting, training updates, and competitive insights.
