Job summary

Velvet Horizons is seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist with client requests, organize service arrangements, and support coordination in a remote setting.

You will serve as a main contact via email, phone, and online platforms, identify client needs, coordinate detailed service plans, and maintain accurate records while contributing to process improvements and team collaboration.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
