Job summary

RemX, part of EmployBridge, is seeking a Remote Client Sales Executive for the Professional and Skilled Trades practice. This hunter role targets new business development, relationship building, and expanding market share across staffing solutions.

You will engage with decision-makers in administrative, human resources, and skilled trades segments. You’ll work remotely with a national client network, leverage CRM tools, and collaborate with recruiters to deliver high-quality staffing solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4-5 years of staffing industry sales experience.
• Strong understanding of workforce solutions and market dynamics.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in staffing.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business development through phone, virtual, and in-person activities.
• Develop and grow client relationships within professional staffing, skilled trades, construction, and related markets.
• Generate new-logo business while expanding opportunities within existing accounts.
• Build and maintain a consistent sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals, and market development activities.
• Collaborate with recruiters to deliver quality candidates and exceptional client service.
• Manage the full client lifecycle from prospecting through placement, onboarding, and ongoing account management.
