The role offers fully remote work with flexibility to base in multiple markets and a strong focus on expanding market share across trades staffing solutions.

Qualifikationen

• 4–5 years of staffing industry sales experience.
• Experience selling skilled trades or construction staffing.
• Proven success generating new business and developing client relationships.
• Strong understanding of workforce solutions and market dynamics.
• Ability to discuss billing production and revenue results.

Aufgaben

• Drive new business development through phone, virtual, and in-person activities.
• Grow client relationships within professional staffing, skilled trades, and construction markets.
• Generate new-logo business while expanding existing accounts.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline via prospecting, referrals, and market development.
• Collaborate with recruiters to deliver quality staffing solutions.
• Consult with clients on workforce planning and hiring challenges.
• Manage full client lifecycle from discovery to placement and ongoing account management.
• Leverage CRM tools to manage activity and growth.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities across Employbridge services.
• Aim to meet or exceed revenue and growth targets.
