RemX, a leading staffing partner, is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in the Professional and Skilled Trades practice. This hunter role focuses on new business development, relationship building, and expanding market share across staffing solutions.

You’ll work with decision-makers overseeing professional, skilled trades, construction, and technical talent. This remote opportunity offers leadership potential with a national platform and seasoned recruiting support.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of staffing industry sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Experience discussing billing production and revenue results.
• Comfort with CRM and sales enablement tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business development through phone, virtual, and in-person sales activities.
• Develop and grow client relationships within professional staffing, skilled trades, construction, and related markets.
• Generate new-logo business while expanding opportunities within existing Employbridge and RemX accounts.
• Build and maintain a consistent sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals, and market development activities.
• Collaborate closely with an experienced team of specialized recruiters to deliver high-quality staffing solutions.
• Consult with clients regarding workforce planning, hiring challenges, talent availability, and market trends.
• Manage the full client lifecycle from prospecting and discovery through placement, onboarding, and ongoing account management.
• Leverage technology and CRM tools to manage activity, pipeline, and account growth.

Client Sales Executive (Remote) - Professional and Skilled Trades

RemX is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth within our Professional and Skilled Trades practice. This is a true hunter role focused on new business development, relationship building, and expanding market share across professional and skilled trades staffing solutions.

You’ll work directly with decision-makers responsible for hiring administrative, customer service, human resources, marketing, professional support, skilled trades, construction, and technical talent. This is an opportunity to join a growing practice backed by one of the largest staffing organizations in North America while enjoying the flexibility of a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business development through phone, virtual, and in-person sales activities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4-5 years of staffing industry sales experience, required
• Strong understanding of workforce solutions, staffing operations, and market dynamics.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in a staffing environment.
• Ability to discuss current and historical billing production, revenue generation, and client acquisition results
• Strong technology aptitude and comfort utilizing CRM and sales enablement tools
• Stable career progression with demonstrated success in prior staffing sales roles. Establishing a strong sales pipeline immediately following onboarding.
• Consistently developing new client relationships and securing new accounts.
• Partnering effectively with recruiters to deliver quality candidates and exceptional client service.
• Becoming a trusted workforce solutions partner within your target market.
