RemX by Employbridge is seeking a Client Sales Executive (Remote) to cultivate relationships with Controllers, VPs of Finance, Directors, and CFOs. You will drive new logos, expand within existing accounts, and align with a specialized F&A delivery team to win high-impact projects.

The role targets senior finance executives, requires strong relationship skills, and offers a base salary range with additional compensation opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in professional staffing, search, or consulting services within Accounting & Finance.
• Strong relationships with finance leadership and ability to manage executive-level conversations.
• Proven ability to win new business and manage cross-functional delivery teams.
• Understanding of pricing, margins, and project scope in a consulting context.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client-facing business development to capture new logos and expand existing accounts.
• Stay informed on CAO/CFO trends to uncover consulting and interim project work.
• Partner with delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
• Manage intake to fulfillment and conduct regular quality reviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Leverage cross-practice opportunities and referrals across the Employbridge brands.
