Zusammenfassung

Health Partners Group is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to own the strategic, operational and commercial relationship with a portfolio of SME clients, helping us retain them and grow with them.

You will work remotely from home in the UK, with occasional travel to client or team meetings, and you will develop strategic review plans to align our occupational health service with HR, Health & Safety and Wellbeing goals.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in professional services, health insurance or the insurance sectors.
• Ability to produce and analyse business management information.
• Capability to manage multiple projects and relationships.
• Full UK driving licence.

Aufgaben

• Managing a portfolio of SME clients and strengthening relationships through proactive communication including visits, calls, video calls, email and educational material.
• Working as part of a collaborative team of Relationship Managers to support client needs.
• Developing and delivering strategic review plans to align occupational health services with HR, Health & Safety and Wellbeing goals.
• Reviewing delivered services and developing initiatives to demonstrate value and ROI.
• Advising clients on new and revised occupational health services to support contract development.
• Advising the Business Development team on retender and renewal opportunities with evidence-based responses.
• Analyzing client management information to identify trends and opportunities to improve service delivery.
• Managing sub-contractor relationships and coordinating service delivery and reporting.
• Ensuring contractual terms are appropriate and updated as needed.
• Supporting Client Associate Team Managers with major service changes or contractual issues.
• Upholding core values by delivering exemplary service and protecting sensitive information.
