• 3+ years of experience managing a large B2B book of business, driving engagement, satisfaction and net revenue retention.
• Proven ownership of executive relationships and day-to-day account management.
• Excellent project management, organization, and ability to handle competing priorities.
• Data-driven mindset using KPIs to identify risks and optimize engagement.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
• Curiosity and independent problem-solving across cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Own and manage a high-volume small-market client and broker book (50-75 accounts).
• Deliver an exceptional client experience by executing workflows, monitoring health, and addressing risks.
• Track KPIs and translate insights into action plans for engagement and retention.
• Develop and execute engagement plans aligned to client goals and timelines.
• Lead client meetings and communications with stakeholders and broker partners.
• Represent Garner Health in virtual and in-person sessions with up to 20% travel.
