Health Partners Group is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to own the strategic, operational and commercial relationship with a portfolio of SME clients, helping us retain them and grow with them.
You will work remotely from home in the UK, with occasional travel to client or team meetings, and you will develop strategic review plans to align our occupational health service with HR, Health & Safety and Wellbeing goals.
We're looking for a Client Relationship Manager to join our collaborative team of Relationship Managers. You'll own the strategic, operational and commercial relationship with a portfolio of SME clients, helping us retain them and grow with them. You'll make sure our occupational health service helps clients meet their HR, Health & Safety and Wellbeing objectives, and that they can see the value it delivers. If you're approachable, commercially minded and enjoy building trusted relationships, this role could be a great fit.
You'll bring trusted communication skills and a practical, approachable personality, and you'll be empathetic, thoughtful and professional when resolving client requests. You'll have previous experience in professional services, health insurance or the insurance sectors, along with good IT skills, including knowledge of Office 365, Salesforce and database systems. You'll be able to produce and analyse business management information, manage multiple projects and relationships, and feel comfortable presenting and writing for a professional audience. We're also looking for someone who can work unsupervised while liaising with and coordinating others, who is willing to take a role in their own personal development, and who holds a full UK driver's licence.
Home-based, with occasional travel to client or team meetings.

37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
£30,500 per annum
