You will coordinate with recruiters, oversee onboarding and compliance, and seek opportunities to grow existing client accounts while maintaining thorough documentation of all interactions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or staffing management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain strong, professional relationships with assigned healthcare facilities.
• Respond quickly and effectively to client staffing needs.
• Communicate regularly with facilities to understand current and upcoming staffing needs.
• Follow up on clinician submissions, interviews, offers, starts, and assignment updates.
• Conduct regular check-ins with clients and clinicians to ensure expectations are being met.
• Identify, address, and resolve concerns involving clinicians and client facilities.
• Work closely with recruiters to identify and submit qualified candidates.
• Coordinate assignment agreements and support the placement process.
• Assist with onboarding and compliance coordination.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client communications, staffing needs, submissions, and assignments.
• Help identify opportunities to grow existing client accounts and develop long-term partnerships.
