Job summary

Motility, an affiliate of Reynolds and Reynolds, seeks a Client Project Implementation Consultant to lead client engagements during implementation, transferring knowledge on best practices and the Motility product suite.

You will evaluate client needs, configure solutions, train users, and coordinate with leadership to keep projects aligned with client goals, traveling up to 80% including Canada as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of professional services/technology consulting/sales engineering experience with a focus in software or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel up to 80%, travel to Canada.
• Knowledge of CRM tools, SaaS and general programming methodologies and software architecture or equivalent knowledge.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to convey technical information in an easy to understand way.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate client needs and develop configurations that support business processes.
• Assist external clients in the implementation of technical systems, software, hardware or solutions.
• Provide training and end-user support during and after the implementation process.
• Communicate with leadership internally and externally to keep the project aligned with their goals.
