Motility, an affiliate of Reynolds and Reynolds, seeks a Client Project Implementation Consultant to lead client engagements during software implementations. You will translate technical concepts into actionable guidance and train end users while managing project scope.

Travel up to 80% (including Canada) and strong communication are essential as you align client goals with product capabilities and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years in professional services/tech consulting/sales engineering in software.
• Ability to travel up to 80% and travel to Canada.
• Knowledge of CRM tools, SaaS and software architecture.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main client contact during implementation to solve business pain points.
• Configure client systems to support business processes.
• Provide user training and ongoing support during/after implementation.
• Communicate with leadership to keep projects aligned with goals.
