Job summary

Motility, an affiliate of Reynolds and Reynolds, is seeking a Client Project Implementation Consultant to serve as the main client contact during implementation, translating complex concepts and guiding users through best practices of the Motility suite.

The role requires configuring client processes, delivering training, and coordinating with leadership to align project goals, with heavy travel (up to 80%), including Canada. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of professional services/technology consulting/sales engineering experience with a focus in software
• Ability to travel up to 80%, including travel to Canada
• Knowledge of CRM tools, SaaS and general programming methodologies and software architecture
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to convey technical information clearly

Responsibilities

• Evaluate client needs and develop configurations that support business processes
• Assist external clients in the implementation of technical systems, software, hardware or solutions
• Provide training and end-user support during and after the implementation process
• Communicate with leadership internally and externally to keep the project aligned with their goals
