Job summary

Motility, an affiliate of Reynolds and Reynolds, is seeking a Client Project Implementation Consultant to lead client onboarding and configuration during deployment.

As the main point of contact, you will transfer knowledge, train end users, and ensure solutions align with client goals. Travel up to 80% to Canada is required, with strong communication and presentation skills essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years in professional services/technology consulting/sales engineering in software.
• Willingness to travel (up to 80%), including Canada.
• Knowledge of CRM tools, SaaS and software architecture.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to convey technical information clearly.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Valid driver's license with minimal violations in recent years.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate client needs and develop configurations that support business processes.
• Assist clients in implementing technical systems, software, hardware or solutions.
• Provide training and end-user support during and after implementation.
• Communicate with leadership internally and externally to keep the project aligned with their goals.
