Job summary

Motility, an affiliate of Reynolds and Reynolds, seeks a Client Project Implementation Consultant to lead client engagements through the implementation lifecycle. You will translate client needs into configurations that optimize business processes and outcomes.

You’ll train users, provide ongoing support, and coordinate with leadership to ensure projects stay aligned with client goals while traveling as needed to Canada and across the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years in professional services/technology consulting with a software focus.
• Ability to travel (up to 80%), including Canada.
• Knowledge of CRM tools, SaaS and software architecture.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate client needs and develop configurations that support business processes.
• Assist clients in implementing technical systems, software, hardware or solutions.
• Provide training and end-user support during and after implementation.
• Communicate with leadership to keep the project aligned with goals.
