Job summary

Motility, an affiliate of Reynolds and Reynolds, seeks a Client Project Implementation Consultant to be the main client contact during the implementation phase. You will transfer knowledge on best practices and the Motility suite, solving client pain points and enabling growth.

Responsibilities include evaluating client needs, configuring processes, training users, and keeping leadership aligned with goals. Travel up to 80% is required, including Canada.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of professional services/technology consulting/sales engineering experience with a focus in software.
• Willingness to travel up to 80%, including Canada.
• Knowledge of CRM tools, SaaS and software architecture.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record within last years.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate client needs and develop configurations that support business processes.
• Assist external clients in the implementation of technical systems, software, hardware or solutions.
• Provide training and end-user support during and after the implementation process.
• Communicate with leadership internally and externally to keep the project aligned with their goals.
