Job summary

Motility, an affiliate of Reynolds and Reynolds, seeks a Client Project Implementation Consultant to serve as the main client contact during implementation, translating technical concepts into user-friendly guidance and ensuring alignment with client goals.

You will configure client systems, train end users, and collaborate with leadership to keep projects on track, with travel up to 80% including Canada, and remote work options where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of professional services/technology consulting/sales engineering experience with a focus in software or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel (up to 80%), ability to travel to Canada.
• Knowledge of CRM tools, SaaS and general programming methodologies and software architecture or equivalent knowledge.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to convey technical information in an easy to understand way.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate client needs and develop configurations that support business processes
• Assist external clients in the implementation of technical systems, software, hardware or solutions
• Provide training and end-user support during and after the implementation process
• Communicate with leadership internally and externally to keep the project aligned with their goals
