Job summary

Motility, an affiliate of Reynolds and Reynolds, seeks a Client Project Implementation Consultant to serve as the main client contact during implementation and to transfer knowledge on best practices and product usage. You will configure client systems, support training, and ensure alignment with client goals.

Ideal candidates have a background in professional services, SaaS software, and strong communication and presentation skills, with travel up to 80% including Canada.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years in professional services/technology consulting with a software focus.
• Willingness to travel up to 80%, including Canada.
• Knowledge of CRM tools, SaaS and software architecture.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to convey technical information in plain language.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Valid driver’s license with minimal moving violations recently.
• No OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate client needs and develop configurations that support business processes.
• Assist external clients in implementing technical systems and solutions.
• Provide training and end-user support during and after implementation.
• Communicate with leadership to keep projects aligned with goals.
