Job summary

TalentPro, a payroll solutions partner, seeks a Client Service Payroll Specialist to deliver accurate, timely payroll and consultative client support. You will be the primary contact for a portfolio of clients, handling multi-state payroll, resolving inquiries, and driving service excellence in a remote, Pacific Time environment.

You’ll own payroll execution, collaborate with teams, and pursue process improvements while ensuring compliance and exceptional service across US clients.

Qualifications

• Experience with full-cycle payroll, multi-state/multi-client environments.
• Strong client service experience with proactive communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and accurate payroll processing.
• Proficient in payroll systems and remote collaboration.
• Able to work Pacific Time hours.

Responsibilities

• Own payroll execution for assigned clients.
• Process time tracking, payroll calculations, and payroll runs on time.
• Answer client questions within 24 hours.
• Maintain high client satisfaction through proactive updates.
• Identify process improvements within first 90 days.
