Pinion is seeking a Client Service Payroll Specialist to manage payroll for a portfolio of clients while working remotely for US-based clients in Pacific Time hours. You will deliver accurate, timely payroll processing, maintain strong client relationships, and respond to inquiries promptly to ensure client confidence and payroll accuracy.

• Deep experience with full-cycle payroll processing in a multi-state environment.
• Strong client service orientation with ability to build rapport and guide clients.

• Comfort with payroll systems (UKG Ready) and remote collaboration.
• Critical thinking to troubleshoot root causes and implement solutions.
• Excellent time management to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of payroll execution for assigned clients.
• Process time tracking, payroll calculations, and paycheck preparation.
• Ensure on-time payroll runs with high accuracy and minimal errors.
• Serve as primary contact for payroll inquiries and respond within 24 hours.
• Identify and promote payroll process improvements within 90 days.
• Collaborate with team members and support cross-training.
• Show initiative for growth and potential supervisory responsibilities.
