Pinion is seeking a Client Service Payroll Specialist to deliver accurate, timely payroll services and build trusted client relationships across a Pacific Time footprint. You’ll own payroll for assigned clients, troubleshoot issues, and drive process improvements in a remote, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Deep experience with full-cycle payroll processing, ideally in multi-state/multi-client environments.
• Strong client service orientation with the ability to build rapport and deliver guidance.
• Excellent communication skills to explain payroll topics clearly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of payroll execution for assigned clients.
• Process time tracking, payroll calculations, and paycheck preparation accurately.
• Ensure on-time delivery of payroll runs with minimal errors.
• Serve as primary contact for payroll inquiries and respond within 24 hours.
• Identify and implement payroll process improvements within 90 days.
• Collaborate with teammates to share best practices and support cross-training.
