PROCare HR is seeking a Payroll Account Manager to oversee payroll for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance. You will be the main contact for payroll inquiries and will build strong relationships with clients while coordinating with HR services teams.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of payroll experience, multi-state processing, and proficiency with UKG Ready and Microsoft Office. This remote role offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or related field preferred.
• 3+ years payroll administration experience.
• 3+ years payroll processing for multiple clients; multi-state experience bonus.
• 1+ year processing payroll for multiple clients with multiple EINs (8+).
• PEO/HR Shared Services experience preferred.
• 2+ years HRIS experience (UKG Ready preferred).
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and judgment in resolving payroll issues.
