Job summary

FranklinCovey in the United States seeks a remote Client Partner to drive revenue in a defined Texas education territory. You will own the full sales cycle—from strategy and pipeline generation to closing and renewal—while aligning with FranklinCovey’s approach and field rhythm.

You will lead with a consultative sales style, partner with coaches and support teams, and travel as needed to meet clients and industry events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree or higher.
• 5+ years of education sales, education services, or school/district leadership experience.
• Experience selling to K–12 districts.

Responsibilities

• Own and achieve a personal revenue quota within the territory.
• Develop and execute a territory plan identifying priority districts and schools.
• Manage pipeline and forecast using Salesforce and other tools.
• Collaborate with coaches, implementation and retention teams to support deals.
• Lead the full sales process from discovery to close and renewal.
