Job summary

PSI Services is seeking a Manager, Client Implementation Project Management to lead a client‑facing implementation team. Remote-US role with accountability for delivery quality, cost, and timelines across a portfolio of client projects.

You will shape the operating model, mentor project managers, and collaborate with commercial, product, and operations teams to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing delivery of PSI technology and workflows.

Qualifications

• Total experience of 10+ years in project or program delivery.
• 2–3 years direct supervision of project managers.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to own and run a team independently and drive delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the client implementation project management team, setting direction.
• Define operating model, roadmap, and goals for the function.
• Balance strategic work with hands‑on project delivery when needed.
• Collaborate with commercial, product, operations, and solutions leadership.
• Develop portfolio view, track status, risks, and capacity across projects.
• Support proposals by defining timelines and delivery approaches for prospects.
• Standardize processes, templates, and governance across the team.
