Job summary

HealthChannels seeks a Director of Implementations to lead a team of Project Managers responsible for onboarding new clients and their systems. You will drive on-time delivery, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency while embedding ROI models into daily workflows.

Requirements include PMP or the ability to obtain it within 12 weeks, 7+ years in implementation with 3+ in management, healthcare experience, and strong collaboration across functions. Some travel to client sites is required.

Qualifications

• PMP certification required OR ability to obtain PMP within 12 weeks of hire.
• 7+ years in implementation, customer onboarding, or technical services with 3+ years in management.
• Experience in healthcare and managing senior-level client relationships.
• Strong ROI/value framework experience and data-driven decision making.
• Exceptional coaching, collaboration, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and empower a team of Project Managers to meet KPIs and drive performance.
• Oversee onboarding and implementation projects, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with clients to review ROI models and embed value drivers into workflows.
• Identify bottlenecks and refine implementation frameworks; manage escalations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth handoffs and consistent messaging.
