Job summary

Mental Health Treatment Centers of America is seeking a Client Implementation Specialist to lead onboarding and ongoing service delivery, acting as the bridge between clients and internal teams. The role focuses on translating client needs into actionable solutions and driving successful implementations, with emphasis on efficiency and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 3–7 years of experience in client implementation and related fields, strong communication skills, and proficiency

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in client implementation, project management, account management, operations, or a related field.
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding and implementation projects from kickoff through successful launch.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout implementation and ongoing service delivery.
• Gather, document, and translate client requirements into actionable solutions.
• Partner with Product Systems, IT, Operations, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
• Review and validate client data files, system configurations, and process enhancements.
• Coordinate testing activities and support successful deployment of solutions.
• Track implementation progress, proactively identify risks, and resolve issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and service enhancements.
