Job summary

Motility, an affiliate of Reynolds and Reynolds, seeks a Client Project Implementation Consultant to lead client engagements during software deployments. You will translate requirements into configurations, train users, and support after go-live.

Remote-friendly role with significant travel across North America. Ideal candidates have a BA/BS or equivalent, 3+ years in consulting or tech services, CRM/SaaS experience, and excellent communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years in professional services/technology consulting/sales engineering with a focus in software.
• Willingness to travel up to 80%, including Canada.
• Knowledge of CRM tools, SaaS and general programming methodologies and software architecture or equivalent knowledge.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to convey technical information in an easy to understand way.
• Strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the client contact during implementation to resolve pain points.
• Configure configurations to support client business processes.
• Provide training and end-user support during and after deployment.
• Coordinate with leadership to keep projects aligned with client goals.
