Job summary

TEEMA is seeking a Client Manager to drive new business development and manage end-to-end client relationships in a fully commission-based environment. This role emphasizes prospecting, deal closure, and strategic staffing solutions across diverse industries.

You will leverage a collaborative back office and a robust network of TEEMA recruiters to optimize fill rates, while managing client expectations and revenue generation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in business development or staffing
• Proven revenue generation and client relationships
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivation

Responsibilities

• Drive new business development through outbound outreach, networking, referrals and relationships
• Develop and manage long-term client relationships across diverse industries
• Identify hiring needs and position TEEMA's services as a trusted solution
• Partner with internal recruiters to fulfill open roles
• Own full client lifecycle from prospecting to close and ongoing account management
• Leverage TEEMA’s network to maximize fill rates and delivery
• Track pipeline and client interactions in Bullhorn (ATS/CRM)
