Qualifications

• 7+ years in customer-facing SaaS roles (Solutions Consulting, AE, CSM, TAM).
• Proven ability to translate customer priorities into measurable outcomes.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Operations, Legal, and Finance.
• Ability to manage complex deals and multi-threaded relationships from practitioners to executives.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial strategy and account plan for enterprise customers.
• Develop expansion pipeline by identifying whitespace and new initiatives.
• Lead renewal and expansion strategies from identification to contract execution.
• Build business cases and expansion proposals linking priorities to Tealium capabilities.
• Partner with internal teams to drive outcomes, adoption, and growth.
• Forecast, manage pipeline, and mitigate churn and downsell risk.
