Job summary

Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. is seeking a customer-focused, solution-driven analyst to join our Application Support Analysts team.

You will support Symitar Credit Union Solutions clients by analyzing issues, guiding customers to resolutions, and maintaining clear communications as the primary client-facing contact. This remote role requires residing within approximately 70 miles of our listed office locations (Charlotte, NC; Allen, TX; etc.).

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in a financial institution (bank or credit union).
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation and to work holidays, weekends, and extended hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the customer’s existing products and map to Jack Henry solutions.
• Serve as primary client-facing contact, manage cases and coordinate with other teams.
• Provide software guidance on function, features, and usage; prepare training materials.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and document issues and resolutions.
