Job summary

Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. is seeking a customer-focused, solution-driven analyst for a remote Application Support role.

You will deliver high-quality software support by analyzing client issues, guiding customers to effective resolutions, and maintaining clear communication throughout each case. You will be the primary client-facing contact, coordinating resources from other teams to resolve issues while leveraging your financial institution experience to strengthen partnerships with credit

Qualifications

Minimum two years of experience in a financial institution (bank or credit union).
Experience in consumer lending, commercial lending, or real estate lending is highly desired.
Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work holidays, weekends, and extended hours as business needs require.
Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

Analyzes customer issues and maps current processes to the Jack Henry product.
Manages client cases, providing clear guidance and timely resolutions.
Answers questions on function, features, and best practices of software products.
Communicates customer needs to programmers and team leaders.
Maintains ongoing communication with customers throughout each case.
Prepares training materials and documentation for customers and internal users.
Coordinates resources from other teams to resolve client issues.
Escalates issues when necessary with precise problem descriptions.
