Job summary

Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. seeks a customer-focused, solution-driven analyst to join our Application Support team supporting Symitar Credit Union Solutions clients.

You will analyze issues, identify root causes, and guide customers toward effective resolutions as the primary client-facing contact in a fast-paced, remote role. Applicants should have at least two years in a financial institution, lending experience is highly desired, and a willingness to participate in an on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a financial institution (bank or credit union).
• Experience in consumer, commercial, or real estate lending is highly desired.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes the customer's existing products and maps them to the Jack Henry product.
• Oversees system set-up for customers and ensures related business processes run on software.
• Provides software support and guidance on function, features and usage of software products.
• Communicates customer needs with programmers and team members.
• Maintains effective communication with customers throughout each project or case.
• Maintains customer issue lists and ensures proper escalation.
